Planning Committee Hearing

The plan for Whitewebbs Park submitted by Tottenham Hotspur Ltd will be considered by Enfield Planning Committee on Tuesday 11th February 2025 at 7.00 p.m. in the Civic Centre. It is a public meeting but accommodation is limited.

The Report of the Head of Planning and Building Control is the key document. It summarises the planning application and the views of the planning officers. It is 190 pages long. The executive summary section can be downloaded from here:

This summary should be read in conjunction with the full report as, inevitably, it tends to gloss over the important details.

The full text of the report can be downloaded here: ( note that this text version does not include the detailed maps)

The maps should be downloaded from the Enfield Council website using this link

The maps are listed as Additional Documents and are from 12 to 28 MB in size
